truth about diversity

uh... do y'all not realize it is HARDER to get cut from a sorority (unless its aphi whose nationals openly discourage diversity to their chapters) if you are a WOC? statistically there are fewer of them rushing, and each house tries to get a few so that they can be like applauded for diversity or whatever or appear inclusive, so they are literally fighting over you if you are cool and interesting?

y'all really not ready to hear that, but if you got cut-- WOC or not-- it is literally because your personality didn't mesh with theirs. don't try to tell anyone otherwise. if you had a bad convo, you had a bad convo, there's nothing else to it.

bump this. only exception is alpha phi. and before you defend them, google "alpha phi recruitment document" for something a former alpha phi rush chair at umich shared with the public. read up. it is true.
