Everyone really do be out here “ranking” based on the smallest details when in reality all these houses are basically the same. Same looks, same wealth, same culture… everyone needs to calm tf down and shut up

Same with the top 4 frats. Sig Phi, AD, and Sig Chi are all generally wealthy, mix with the same sororities, have a few internationals, boarding school kids etc. Every year one house gets more of one these categories but it rotates.

Kinda the same thing with the top 4 frats. Sig phi AD and Sig chi very similar especially when you consider a lot of the guys rushed multiple of them. DU is a different then the other 3

This is the only honest ranking. All C4 are practically the same. Outside of the C4 is where it falls off a bit, but Chi Psi and Sig Pi are on their way up.
