What do the top houses look for

Rushing next semester (not dirty rushed). What exactly do Sig Chi, Sig Phi, AD, DU, Sig Pi look for in pnms when bidding. Forget allegations (AD), what’s the personalities of each house? Also, don’t need a reminder that it’ll be hella hard to get a bid since I wasn’t dirty rushed

For sure not, there's shrimps in all the top houses, but those guys tend to have a lot of connections. If you're jacked and outgoing you'll probably be one of the leaders which frats need to keep the rep going.

exactly, ton of guys in top houses don't fit the stereotype but come from the right high school or has friends in the house from before - not to mention brothers of people who were in the house before that could be totally different.
