The last rank for the top houses before rush

Frats on the same levels mean almost equal. The one put first is slightly higher than the others.

Top:
SigChi/SigPhi:

Really both of these houses are top. They both have the same social schedule and mix with the best sororities.
The difference between the two are where the houses are located and the personality of the brotherhood.

Elite:
DU:

Even after a disappointing fall rush class they still are able to bring the energy to their events. Need to be more selective in the spring.

Sig Pi/Chi Psi:

Two very different houses socially. Chi Psi throws big ways a lot, Sig pi mixes with C4 by themselves. Chi Psi has the better physical house, but Sig pi is more selective in rush.

Upper:
DX/Chi Phi/TDX

DX has a strong brotherhood, but it’s mixers have been lacking. Chi Phi and TDX are pretty similar, but TDX mixes with sports teams more frequently. Chi phi has the better annex.

Upper Mid:
Lambda

Chill brotherhood. Throws decent parties. Little C4 relations. Nice guys overall, but nothing super special.

ZBT

Only reason they’re on here is because their brothers are very close. They only mix with SDT frequently. As soon as they fix that they will be higher in these ranks.
