anyone know hows the vibe at the house? havent been to any of their events this semester. seems like a rlly wholesome brotherhood from the looks of their instagram page

Not very large presence on campus.
Dry house with tight but nerdy brotherhood.
Massive house though.
If it’s your thing go for it.

Used to be a top house, almost killed a kid, got shut down for a couple years and turned dry. Now they’re bottom tier, albeit the best and largest (physical house and brotherhood) bottom tier house on campus.
