Who is Phi Psi?

I’m a freshman and I’ve heard a lot of bad things about Phi Psi. I can’t find their house on the map or any info on the IFC website, so can someone fill me in on why they have a bad rep?

They got kicked off indefinitely after a young man named Antonio Tsialas fell into a gorge after a dirty rush event there. They will not be back.
