What Moves a House's Rank Up/Down?

All the ranks here say the same thing with the exception of the poster moving their house up a few spots. What actually determines how a house moves up a spot/tier? What houses have done this recently/have the momentum to do so soon?

The 2 biggest factors are:

Repeated Mixers with:
C4 , rank goes up
PSS/AXO, rank goes down

If you have a large, good PC/ great but smaller sized PC a frat is likely to move up(depending on how other Frats did in the same category did).
