Based on the amount of bids given out vs how many kids actually join:
Around 90%
Sig Phi / Sig Chi
Around 80%:
Chi Psi / Sig Pi / DX
Around 60%
DU / Lambda / Chi Phi
TDX / Sig Nu / ZBT
Around 50%
Pikapp / Pike / PSK / Phi Tau
Less:
Kap Sig / DKE
AEPi / KDR / Zeta Psi

Lot wrong with this. Tier has no implication on the yield a frat has.
SX/SPhi is right.
DU had one bad spring rush and people are taking them down far too much. In spring 2k20, they had 18 bids taken out of 20.
Sig Pi is probably in the 70s as they lose kids consistently to top frats.
cant comment on AD.
DX | Chi Psi | Chi Phi are all much lower around 60% because a lot of their bids tend to be borderline dirty rush bids to the top 4 houses.
Sig NU is irrelevant.
Lambda has a relatively low yield because they bid a lot of kids who get bids to DX-Chi Psi etc. which they lose. Probs around 55-60%
TDX and ZBT probably have higher yields because they are pretty niche houses. Likewise amongst the mid, PhiTau is known for not bidding nearly as much as the other 3. PiKapp generally comes after in terms of number of bids and then PSK and Pike shoot out bids en masse.

Every year DU bids like 20 kids, gets like 15, and then like 3 more kids drop themselves during pledging
