How is Sig Nu claiming to be good

This is nonsense. sig nu doesn't even have a full house and hasn't had a single party or event. they're bottom right now, lower mid max

Well obv they haven't had an event yet bc they don't exist yet. But everything indicates they're gonna be at least mid upon their return. Massive property + backyard, large founding class, alumni support, all point to the fact that this might be perhaps the strongest reboot in recent memory.
