If the point is to separate out COE, then yes, Cornell COE is low tier 1, but comparable to U Mich, Univ of Illinois, Purdue and UT Austin. If the ranking is holistic undergrad ranking then Cornell is right where you have it, t2. If Cornell weren't an Ivy it would fall to t3 for overall undergrad ranking.

lmao i hate rankings and everything, its absolute bs BUT my younger just graduated high school and got into Brown, Dartmouth and Caltech among some other schools and chose Brown. He didn't want to be in an extremely small school like Caltech and is pre-Med or pre-Phd and Brown has excellent life science research.
