Why is pikapp ranked so low

they always throw better parties/ mix better than a lot of the mid frats

got absolutely gutted by the other mid frats this rush and the past rush so more or less 2/3 of the frat excluding their seniors who are graduating and were carrying them are pretty wack. This past rush, lost a ton of kids to PSK and PhiTau.
