Thoughts on Sig Nu?

I'm a rising sophomore and probably going to rush in the fall (Zoom rush sucked). I got an email today that Sig Nu was recolonizing. Would it be a good frat to look into or would it just be more work than it's worth.

They were an upper tier frat when they got kicked. They have a long history as the football frat, would expect SigNu to take back that niche from TDX.

They’re house is quite nice and historic. I believe they’ll have an effective restart effort.
