Transfer Rushing Process

How competitive is fall rush for transfer students? Do all houses take a fall PC? Do the top houses take transfers? How much harder is it if you don't know anyone?

Some houses do take Fall PCs. Usually the most competitive houses don’t do fall rush, but good houses still try and take a good PC. You can still rush in the spring if you don’t vibe with the houses that you rush in the Fall.
