Relevant Frats with Momentum Indicators

This is a guide for fall rush with the relevant frats and their momentum indicators for the last three years.

Top
Sig Chi (+o+) Sig Phi (-o+)
Sig Chi as always dominates rush and more or less gets who they want to join. Solid relations. They got an o because they got barred from rush last year but other than that solid house. Sig Phi has really turned it around after a poor spring 19 rush and has solidified itself as a top 2 house on campus.

Upper
DU (++-)
AD (---) Sig Pi (+-o)
DU after two solid rushes faltered this past rush losing a lot of guys to the top two frats. AD has continuously been trending down but has the connections to keep them up there. Sig Pi after quite honestly one of the best PCs in Spring 19 faltered with a weak rush last year but seems to have recovered.

Upper Mid
Chi Psi (o++)
Chi Phi (++-) DX (-+o)
Chi Psi has had two solid rushes where they have really started to seperate from Chi Phi and DX. Chi Phi had a great two years but really messed up this year. DX could not build on its solid spring and fall classes and took a class that is par but not taking them much further. These three are stuck in a bit of a purgatory where they are unable to make the jump to upper (maybe not Chi Psi) but are better than the other three upper mid houses socially speaking.

Lambda (o+-) | TDX (+++)
ZBT (-++)
Lambda after taking a solid spring and fall class similar to DX just could not pull enough quality kids this spring. TDX has been trending upwards for a while now and is a solid upper mid house with a new rep as the football house. ZBT has fully recovered from the pig roast era and has carved out a niche for themselves in the upper mid.

C4 Mid
Pike (+oo) | Phi Tau (+-+)
Pike has stayed the top of the C4 Mids for a while now. Took a great spring PC19 and while the last two rushes have not met that class, taken good quality picks. PhiTau took a solid large PC which helps them as they are graduating a large senior class. Fall rush will determine if either of these two frats can seperate from the others

PSK (o++) | PiKapp (+--)
PSK has done well in two consecutive rushes with a solid 20 man class. Really looking up for them especially after how they dominated PiKapp in crossrush this year. PiKapp after years of holding their position was crushed in crossrush by PSK and PhiTau this year. Not looking good for them and they need a good rush to pull it back.
