Kappa sigma is not on the rise. Taking a class of DKPsi rejects and upgrading your gym doesn’t effect your mixing schedule or your rank.

Now DKE is a house that definitely could be on the rise. They took a extremely solid pc and completely stole all of Sammy’s pledges, leaving them to fight it out with AEPi for a PC. As an unbiased source, I have to admonish this clear self posting by the brothers of Kappa Sigma.
