lmao sammy is irrelevant too, but at least they had some hype letting the c4-mids destroy their place.

Pretty much only one way to move up tiers is to establish strong relations with higher srats, and pretty much the only way to do that is to have more relevant frats introduce those srats to you (eg- ChiPsi hosting bigways, and Sammy too for a year).
