Sammy vs KSig vs DKE

What’s the better frat with the most potential? I doubt COB will work at this point, but in the fall I’ll probably look at these three.

DKE and Kappa Sigma have the most potential because of their new pledge classes. Sammy is about to drop because they want to haze their pledges. Kappa Sigma has better sorority relations such as PSS, but DKE has a better physical house and larger PC. Only time will tell.

Another option is also ZPsi. Risky choice, but their new pc is actually pretty good. Potential to break out of lower or at worst be kings of the lower

Said it on another post. But none of these frats are breaking mid or getting significant relations outside of PSS/PM mixers anytime soon. After this rush with PhiTau and PSK pulling away from the lower mid and PiKapp faltering the mids are all essentially flat. They all (maybe not PSK as much) have solid relations with the mid srats. If you want to rush a frat with momentum, rush PSK/PhiTau (unless you got cut this rush). Otherwise you will be stuck in purgatory.

Deke’s one of the oldest frats on campus with the biggest alumni group of the three. Honestly they’re a top 10 house if alumni is important to you. Sammy and KSig didnt have the same kind of success, especially for 80s and 90s alumni which would be big shots in the business world now.

DKE currently has zero sorority relations so only time will tell. Kappa Sig already gets plenty of Phi Sig mixers

Lol AXO wouldn’t even mix with Sammy. When mixers were still around, pretty sure they literally mixed with PSK or PhiTau every single week plus Pike or PiKapp to fill up their weekend.

Sororities simply don’t ever mix below mid-tier frats except PSS/PhiMu
