Don’t know anything about top houses, but Kappa sig seems too high (still like those guys). Phi delt as well... Seal and Serpent above KDR and Acacia. Besides that pretty good

They've always been considered lower mid, but for sake of simplicity all the lowermids are condensed in mid. Also, they got a 15 person PC and have potential to rise somewhat if they keep that momentum up and are able to secure good srat relations once mixers start up again.

Idk why this is getting so much hate. Some of the houses in mid are lowermid but that's because they were condensed together like OP says. Seems like a pretty accurate rank to me.
