So it’s been almost a year and a half now and I’m still not sure why Phi Psi was kicked off... Thetas were entirely responsible

Ok clearly phi psi was almost completely responsible lol theta did not ask them to hold a dirty rush event and ply their rushes with alcohol and not make sure they’d get home ok. That being said, theta was never punished like they should’ve been, and definitely hold a small part of responsibility, especially considered the way they partied the next week.
