phi tau's PC this year

phi tau took a large PC last year and while they got a few good kids a lot of the PC was whack bottom-tier quality hence their declining sorority relations. Expecting the same for this year. the quality of their guys isn't where it used to be. Numbers don't matter as much as quality of guys does.
