Deke vs Phi Delt

Look at it this way, Phi Delt has been perpetually stuck in lower tier, while Deke has already risen to lower mid. Both mix poorly, but Deke at least has potential. They’re also right next to the slope, which will make them prime for slopeday — maybe they’ll get a mixer with their neighbor PSS. Deke also has better alumni, one of the big reasons they were able to come back to campus. And of course they have a top ten physical house.

Ignore the DKE self ranking. They are not on the rise. They literally have like 30 bros 20 of whom are seniors. Join the house you vibe with more and where you like more bros. As far as the other points go, Phi Delt also has an incredible house is also easily top 10 on campus for that. DKE is not landing PSS for slope day anytime in your time at Cornell assuming you are freshman (they will always go to PSK/PhiTau which is as high as they mix) and both have wack mixers.
