Berkeley’s not above Dartmouth. They’re not even above Vandy or Northwestern, which both should be on here ahead of Hopkins.

whoever keeps making these ranks must have a hard-on for berkeley as well as hopkins because they both realistically suck (hopkins is way over-ranked on US News too).
