Completely Objective Ranks to offset the bad ranks
Sig Chi | DU | Sig Phi
- the three consensus top frats at Cornell. Sig Chi and DU are more conventionally fratty and rowdy and are the closest thing to a traditional frat experience at Cornell. Sig Phi on the other hand, is very elitist and offers more of the "ivy league" type experience. All three have their classes more or less picked out, nearly impossible to get a bid here without dirty rush unless you really impress them.

AD | Sig Pi
- AD has essentially swapped places with DU and has been steadily declining since 2018. Sig Pi after a few great rushes, has taken poor classes as of late and both are consistently losing kids to the top frats now. Both need a good rush to maintain the gap between them and the upper mid frats. Like the tops, very heavy dirty rushing and very difficult to land a bid without it.

Chi Phi | Chi Psi | DX
- Most divisive frats on greekrank. All have a case to be the best of the three but at the same time, they all have drawbacks. Chi Phi is very classic fratty and rowdy and has taken good classes but has no relations with C4 Srats. Chi Psi has good relations with some C4 but at the same time has a very divided house due to a weaker older class. DX has a very fractured brohood but has rebounded with some larger classes lately. All engage in significant dirty rush and will be very challenging to land bids from.

Lambda | TDX
- Lambda and TDX have both settled down at the bottom of the upper mid. Lambda which was once a firm upper frat pre 2017 will look to regain its spot. Took a good spring and fall class and will look to start bidding and winning higher quality guys. Strong relations with DDD and Pi Phi. TDX has had a massive resurgance and is basically just Sig Nu in all but name now. Rebranded football house at Cornell with a good chunk of football guys and other guys who fit in.

ZBT | Fiji (dead)
The top of the mid. No matter how much ZBT tries, they are not an upper mid frat like they once were. A good chunk of their guys were guys who rushed them and Sammy (and formerly Phi Psi) and guys who rushed upper mid and did not get in. Fiji which has lost recognition for two years still exists, but just their juniors and seniors. A good chunk of their new class rerushed to the C4 Mids and Lambda. The C4 Mids will benefit from them getting kicked because Fiji generally won that crossrush and took 20-25 kid classes so those kids will redistribute this year.

Pike | Pi Kapp
Top half of the newly dubbed C4 Mids. Only social difference is that they mix one sorority up compared to the other half. Pike is the largest frat on campus and is a overall a fratty experience but a large part of that is that they bid for numbers which leads to a divided house with several mini groups in the house. Pi Kapp is also rowdy/fratty but has been stagnant and taken consistent classes but is known to be social climby

Phi Tau | PSK
The other half of the C4 Mids. On the whole very nice guys, not as fratty as the above two. PSK is slightly frattier/preppier than Phi Tau but not that much more. Nice house on west and overall fun experience with a history of having a lot of student leaders. Phi Tau is the quintessential "nice guy" house at Cornell with a lot of nice, sweet, wholesome boys. Very strong and close brotherhood and the least controversial house in greeklife
