Sig phi top house

I think it’s time to admit that sig phi is the consensus #1 house. Sig chi isn’t what it was, and It’s looking like sig phi will have the top rush class this year.

both sig chi and du are better houses. sig phi rarely mixes and has one type of kid in their whole house. literally have a list of hs they recruit from
