Transfer rush chances

Transfer here, white dude at Hotel, looking to rush but I dont really know anybody.
I just transferred here last term and I kinda like DX and PIKE, but idk any1 there. How do I increase my chances of getting a bid?
I mainly want a frat that has a house I can live in next Fall.

Lmao he listed DX and Pike which are total opposites so I listed frats that are soft and fratty respectively.

I know transfers who got into the top/upper frats but they had connections coming into Cornell. Lambda, PiKapp, and Phi Tau in particular have very strong transfer populations (relatively) and are a good place to look. Would not discount other houses if you like them, but what @Hmm said is true, it is unfortunate but some houses (mine included, not me) are simply not that friendly to transfers in rush especially in the Spring.
