phi tau and PSK
by: .I’m in an upper house and a heads up for guys rushing but if you want a “socially relevant” house meaning they have bigways and mix twice a week with relevant sororities I wouldn’t suggest rushing below pike/pi kapp. Phi tau and psk do their own 1 on 1 mixers with sororities generally and have PSS mixers mixed into their schedules too (while pike/pi kapp mix axo and above). PSK seemed to be mixing slightly better last semester as phi tau is known for having boring parties but both frats tend to their own things so they are not as social as pike/pi kapp and above and I’d consider them more lower mid than mid honestly

True. It’s not like Pike’s schedule is so much better compared to PSK. They probably get a couple more Pi Phi mixers and PSK mixes with PSS a few times a semester. Not a huge difference in the experience tbh

I think everyone knows that PhiTau/PSK does not have multis the same way/quality of PiKapp and Pike do but they cross rush significantly with those two frats and Fiji before fiji died compared to the true lower mids which is why they are considered mid as opposed to lower mid.

Pretty obvious grinding from Pike or PiKapp. It is pretty well known that PhiTau/PSK mix from PSS to DDD while Pike/PiKapp are AXO to PiPhi which is literally one sorority up. Also Pike was destroying Sammy with Phi Tau weekly back when mixers were still a thing so not sure about that. Phi Tau pretty much has 1v1s and has other houses host their multis and does stuff mainly with Fiji and PSK. PSK lands the occasional Pi Phi mixer and took a bunch of rushes from Pike last year.

Lmao we all remember PSK mixing with ski team, Phi Delt, and KSig but if this was actually written by an upper frat guy, the line would be drawn at Lambda for rushing a socially relevant house not Pike or PiKapp. No upper guy thinks anything below Lambda is relevant.

lmao probably written by Pike tbh. PSK won most of the crossrush with them last year so it is an effort by them to smear those two frats.
