high key don't know anyone. my hottest most conventionally attractive, socially normal friends all got cut from c4 by the second round prob bc they didnt have connections and weren't actively networking.

So I fall into this category, I literally didn’t know anyone and I just tried to be friendly/outgoing during rush. I talked about things I found interesting/cool and just tried to relate to the girls I talked to. Don’t be afraid to launch into random/niche conversations, they can be the most fun! I did have to be more extraverted than I usually am but I wanted to make sure people could really see my personality

Just be yourself. Dress how you would if you got to pick your outfit for a magazine cover (like the outfits you feel represent who you are in a creative and unique way-- whether thats jeans and a tshirt or a crazy dress with statement earrings, you do you), talk how you would if you were talking to a friend, and just SEEM INTERESTED.

the number one reason why girls who "should have been C4!" get cut from core four are because they think it's cool to act like they're too cool/not interested. NO. if you like a house, TELL. THEM. THAT. don't act too cool, act exactly how you feel. so just be your very best self, try to see if you can vibe with the girls, and be genuine about how interested in the house you are.

tbh seeing the other side of the process i'm shocked i got in. just don't get discouraged early on, first round i got dropped from 2 c4 (that i loved at the time and looking back would rather die than be in) and ended up in a c4 just because it was the house i vibed with the most. if you're genuinely a personality fit for one of the c4 they'll see that and keep u

Tbh, getting into a C4 is the same as getting into any other house (except maybe PM and PSS). You just really need to vibe— the only house that cares about wealth+connections that I know of is DG, and the only one that cares about connections is aphi.

Otherwise, they genuinely take who vibes the most. I’m in a C4 and have gone through rush as a PNM and also as a member, and I can confirm this. Be yourself!

Coming from the other side of c4 rush, you wouldn’t believe how many people sound unenthusiastic or can’t even hold a conversation about their major or interests. If you speak passionately about things you care about, show that you are excited and interested about visiting their house, then you’re already halfway there. The rest comes down to if you vibe, and if you don’t, then you don’t want to be in that house anyway

One more thing, be critical (in your mind) of the houses that you visit, especially c4! So many ppl just think they’re the end all be all but the truth is if you fit in one or two, you probably wouldn’t fit in the others, so don’t keep a house just because you like the clout
