Summary of Upper-Mid Houses

This is a guide to uppermid houses for frosh. If you weren't dirty rushed to SX/DU/SigPhi/AD, but you're genuinely cool and feel like you'd fit in an upper tier house, these are the houses to target.

ChiPsi – mixed vibes, older PCs and upperclassmen aren't as cool as newer classes, which are much more fratty. Newer PCs are more rowdy and like to throw down. Overall, the house has a preppy vibe similar to most upper houses. Some C4 relations.

DX – very preppy house with soft vibes. Brothers are chillers and not rowdy. Some C4 relations.

ChiPhi – athletic house with lots of sprint football players. Very rowdy and fratty "meathead" vibes with a state-school feel. Brothers like to drink a lot. Solid relations with uppermid srats, but no C4 relations.

Lambda – a notoriously rowdy house, but has softened a bit since they got back on campus after sopro. Still rowdy and fratty, and lots of golf players. Your typical fratty/preppy house. Solid relations with uppermid srats.

TDX – very athletic house with football kids who merged after SigNu was kicked off campus. Very rowdy and fratty, typical "meathead" frat. Decent srat relations, but don't mix as much as above.
