Chances for Upper Houses?

P challenging. SX/DU/Sig Phi prolly have 80-90% of their PC set. They will get like anywhere from 300-500 kids coming through their open house. Sig Pi/AD/Chi Phi/Chi Psi probably have anywhere 60-75% of their PC set although they may lose some of them to top houses. DX and Lambda probably has their eye set/extended bids towards some kids but susceptible to losing to above houses. On a relative basis it may seem like there are openings but most of these houses will extend anywhere from 20-30 bids and get a PC of 15-25. At least half to 3/4 are kids they already know of/may have already given bids too. Count in that they will get roughly 200-300 kids checking them out, its p challenging except Lambda.
