Chances for diff houses?

I'm a freshman and I'm interested in a bunch of houses that are mid to upper (SX,DU,AD,SigPhi,SigPi,ChiPsi,ChiPhi,DX,Lambda,TDX ,ZBT,Pike,PiKapp). Now a bunch of these houses have different vibes so I'll narrow it down as I rush, but my question is if I wasn't dirty rushed for any of them, how much does it hurt my chances for getting a bid (all things equal and if I vibe with the brothers)?

chances are hurt but not slim. plenty of kids don't get dirty rushed and get bids. less so at top top houses, but upper and mid houses are completely feasible if you vibe w the brothers.
