Most Frat Centered Locations

Thought it would be interesting to hear opinions on frat clusters on campus.

1. South Ave/Edgemoor
Lot of top frats/upper mids here as well with a couple of mids

Sig Phi (top), DU(top), Chi Phi(upper mid), Lambda(upper mid), Pike(mid)
If DKE was a good house, this really would have been a blast on homecoming and other days

2. University Ave- has a lot of upper and upper mid frats with a mid frat as well

AD (upper), Sig Pi (upper), Chi Psi (upper), TDX (upper mid), PSK (mid), Fiji(dead)

Honorable Mentions:
The Knoll - only DX (Upper Mid) and Phi Tau (Mid) here but has so much wasted potential with its location on the hill and views. Unfortunate that the two frats there don't use it well.

Sig Chi - so far that they can basically do what they want but they are so far
