Sig Chi ranking

I've been seeing that Sig Chi is the consensus #1 on a lot of ranks and I just wanna know why.

Closest brotherhood, one of the best physical properties (although pretty far off campus), and top mixing schedule. Closest you'll get to a state school fraternity at Cornell.
