Rushing underground/colony houses

Do underground or colony houses rush freshmen in the spring? If so how does this work with them not being recognized by ifc

Colonies are recognized houses, but the only colony that actually came back is Rockledge(ASP).
Undergrounds rush entirely through dirty-rush (ie: knowing kids)- tbh not practical if you don't already know guys in the house.

There’s literally no reason to rush a colony/underground house
