Sorta- Depends on how you define “Upper” fraternities. PiPhi/TriDelt will mix with DX/ChiPhi/ChiPsi, but not with AD or SigPi. Only difference is that SDT will occasionally get a SigPi mixer (and PhiPsi before they were kicked), but it’s mostly the same.
They’ll also mix occasionally with Mid-Fraternities (PiPhi mixes with Pike, TriDelt mixed with PhiTau, and SDT mixes with ZBT).

the "tiers" are pretty much based around who you mix with. If you're in the same tier, you're basically mixing the same (which is why AZD is still mid, and SDT is still upper)

nah, based on how they mix and the fact that uppermid frats still like them- they're in the right spot.
