Don’t think PiKapp is moving down especially compared to the other three houses mentioned in this thread. Don’t know anything about PSK but their house is pretty nice. I don’t think Phi Tau throws that much and thought they were a lower house. Pike’s regarded as a “nice guy house” and have some numbers but the quality just isn’t there for them.

If pike stuck to rugby and sporty kids they'd be upper mid, but instead they inflate their #s every year with lower tier rejects, like the monk stripper.

After PiKapp’s seniors graduate next spring, Pike and PhiTau will both above PiKapp at this point. Only reason why PSK isn’t clearly above PiKapp too is because they’re still recovering a bit from sopro

accurate, know some guys that joined mid-tier houses. PhiTau and Pike's recent classes are definitely more stacked than PiKapp
