Why CUPD is not #BLUELIVESMATTER

CUPD serves as a buffer between student crime and actual punishment. The cupd exists to keep things on the hush hush so that the university can report less crime and look better. In reality this creates a safe zone on cornell campus for crime from both students and professors, meaning hardly anyone gets in trouble.

If you actually support the police you'd be against cupd and for IPD, because they're the real cops.

Also, there is very little communication between IPD and CUPD. They may say there is, but there is no secret sharing for crimes involving student and emeritus faculty
