It is debatable whether Kappa is still C4, or if SDT is taking their place. Pi Phi is way above Tri-Delt, and Alpha Xi Delta is probably on par with Tri-Delt.

It’s actually not. Kappa is c4 and SDT is a step below. Kappa is harder to get into and they purely mix with upper and top houses, whereas SDT mixes with Sammy.
