Serpent and Seal? Who are they?????

So they don't seem to be part of any larger group of frats or multicultural governing bodies. Who are they? What are they like? What are they about? Is it worth rushing since they are only unique to Cornell?

Mostly ROTC guys. Probably one of the most underrated frats considering they have a respectable brotherhood and good physical house and property. Idk if they mix, but they’re definitely above some of the bottom houses.
