Most friendly and down to Earth guy I’ve met on this campus. One of the main reasons ILR is a well regarded school at Cornell. Nobody really cares too much about Industrial and Labor Relations, but honestly going to Ives and bumping into Mike in the hallway or grabbing lunch with him in between classes just shows why the ILR community is so special. Mike is a center piece in ILR and for good reason.
