Trying to be Non-Biased As possible sorority rankings

Top:
DG
APhi
(As of right now the general consensus is that these are the top two houses. DG is over APhi by a tiny amount because of the diversity of their PC)
Upper:
KKG
Theta/SDT
(I can't find a way to really find anything that separates Theta from SDT, they both have good houses and got good PC's last year. Kappa is above both however it doesn't mix with enough top houses to be considered as top house)
Upper Mid:
Alpha Xi Delta/Pi Phi
Tri Delta
(Tri Delta has fallen somewhat recently. I can't exactly understand why, however most frats have this consensus.)
(Pi Phi and AXiD got great PC's last semester so they are definitely doing well. They both have a chance to carry momentum into next spring to possibly rise again)
Lower Mid:
AXO
Kappa Delta
AEPhi
(AEPhi has been falling and continues to do so, AXO may be on the rise it depends on next semester. KD may be in the same place as AXO but they need to do well next semester and maybe more before putting them up
Bottom:
Phi Sigma Sigma

AXiD, just based on mixing schedule, is closer to AXO then PiPhi/TriDelt. TriDelt/PiPhi mix mostly with Upper/UpperMid frats (ChiPhi & Lambda a lot). It's true that TriDelt has lot momentum (was arguably above PiPhi/SDT in past years, but now objectively below both).
But from a guy's perspective, it's consensus among frats that AXiD is way overhyped- I even know a fair number of dudes in other Upper-Mid frats that even prefer AXO and KD.
AXiD enjoyed a nice year of clout and have certainly risen from the bottom of Lower-Mid, but that doesn't mean guys think that they're suddenly Upper-Mid.
