The Good Frats September 2020

Anyone who's actually involved in greek life knows that the upper houses have their pledge classes filled prior to spring rush. Only mid and lower tier houses rely on rush for new recruits. As such, whether a house is 'allowed' to take a pledge class according the university is irrelevant. Here's the good frats ranked, including ones that geeds and the administration tried to dismantle but failed.
