Being overly harsh in professional rush

You guys need to stop being overly harsh, unfriendly, or weird during professional recruitment. I don’t care how good or prestigious you think your club is, it’s going to cause you issues.
Maybe you are just being mean to the woman or black person coming into ur recruitment process Because you’re mean to everyone, but at the end of the day they don’t know that and you’re probably going to have some issues when people complain
