chi phi is middle tier at best. they still mix with alpha chi (a bottom tier sorority right above PSS) whereas frats like lambda definitely do not mix with alpha chi. sorry chi phi just putting you in your place. you are not on chi psi's level and cannot score a single core 4 mixer-- not even an empty core 4 mixer like DX.
