Some of you are sleeping on them too hard. The 2018 pc had kids who turned down AD and Sig Nu bids, and the 2019 kids were pretty much all Chi Psi, DX, and Lambda crossrushes. Yeah their parties blow now, but they’re still competing with the upper mid and borderline upper frats

An upper/top house a couple years back, have been stuck at upper-mid since being kicked off, but has continued to thrive as the #1 independent fraternity on campus. Because they’re not regulated, the parties are a lot crazier but also a lot more exclusive
