Chi Phi has stronger seat relations over all. Better having a mixer with a mid srat and get 80% attendance than a c4 mixer with 30% attendance

Honestly, shouldn’t AD be same tier as Sig Pi or like put both of them with the rest of the upper mid houses? Like Sig Pi has always been a glorified upper mid house but like AD is falling and will continue to fall, especially as their rep keeps getting worse and their PCs keep getting more wack.
