Real Greeklife Ranks

Lot of ranks that really just seem to be based off of greekrank itself. Tried to be as objective and subjective as possible. Mixing varies amongst tiers although no tier has a locked down list of mixing schedules because frats and sororities have varying preferences.

Top - mix almost exclusively with C4 (DU sometimes mixes with SDT)
Sig Chi
Sig Phi | DU
- sig chi is top house no questions around that. Sig Phi was falling for a bit with a patch of weak PCs but took a good PC last sem. DU jumped from upper to top with consistently strong PCs and is objectively the most traditional frat on campus

Upper (mix almost exclusively C4 with Sig Pi also mixing with upper mid and mid like SDT, Pi Phi, and KD)
AD | Sig PI
AD dropped from once being considered a top tier frat with weak PCs and being unable to effectively take a good underground class. Sig Pi was not able to build on its last two years of good PCs and took a very mediocre one this semester.

Upper Mid (mix mostly with upper mid srats and mid and occasionally C4. DX gets more C4 mixers than other frats in this tier)
Chi Phi | Chi Psi
DX | TDX | Lambda
Chi Phi and Chi Psi have consistently been taking good classes over the past few years and have been improving their sorority relations although they still do not have any significant sorority relations. DX rebounded this semester with a better class and get C4 mixers but mostly on the basis of their old reputation. TDX gets a massive boost from being the new football house while Lambda has come back to the upper mid with strong relations but have lost massive footing from once being top of the upper mid before their issues.

Middle (mix mostly with mid tier and fairly often upper mid and lower mid excluding SDT. SDT mixes a lot with ZBT however)
Pi Kapp | Fiji
ZBT | Pike
Pi Kapp has basically held its spot as the top of the middle tier by consistently maintaining itself in rush and relations. Fiji has fallen significantly from once being an upper mid frat beneath Chi Phi and Chi Psi to the top of the middle tier. ZBT has recovered from its issues and is starting to gain traction again. Pike has separated itself from the lower mid with consistently good PCs and good relations.

Lower Mid (mix mostly with mid and lower mid with occasional DDD and AXiD mixers, Sammy and Phi Tau also mix a fair bit with PSS)
Phi Sig | Sammy
Phi Tau
Phi Sig after their issues over the last year took a strong PC in the spring and have essentially swapped places with Pike. Sammy has also improved its relations and is starting to improve its standing. This is where major invites to bigways end in the mid tier. Phi Tau does not get invited to bigways with Pi Kapp and Pike like they used to, mix mostly with Sammy but still have good individual relations with mid and lower mid srats.

Lower (mix mostly with lower and bottom sororities with occasional lower mid)
Kappa Sig | AGR
Phi Delt | AePi | DTD
Most of these frats do their own thing most of the time. Kappa Sig took a better PC this semester but still does not have any significant sorority relations with sororities lower mid or above. AGR is a more niche frat but still parties. Phi Delt, AePi, DTD still mix but have a stronger emphasis on their brotherhoods.

Bottom (mix with if at all with lower and bottom)

These frats do not really mix and have a focus on brotherhoods instead.
