Middle Tier Frat Rankings

Tried to cover the upper-lower mid frats cuz there really is not much coverage on them

Upper Mid
Delta Chi - after two years of bouncing around due to sopro and other factors, took a strong PC this spring and regained some footing. Should become more competitive in the future.
TDX - the new football house, the sig nu merger has finally paid its dividends with TDX rising from bottom tier to upper mid and with massive potential to go to upper tier like Sig Nu

Middle Tier
Lambda - took a large PC this past spring and is starting to regain its pre-2018 status when it was an upper mid house. Improving relations with upper mid srats and strong underclassman class should help it grow
Pi Kapp - lost a lot of kids in cross rush to DX, Lambda, and Fiji but still retained a 15+ class. Definition of consistency having more or less maintained its position over the last few years.
Fiji - heavy decline from once being an upper mid house in pre 2019 but took a better class this semester. Future rushes will determine if they remain mid or if they can come back to the upper mid
ZBT - PR issues that really hurt their stock. Taken consistent classes but no one other than SDT really likes to mix with them. As time goes on, they will probably rise up once the scandal leaves their current classes

Lower Mid
Pike - taken large PCs over the last few years and is making a push for mid. A lot of people say they have a few weird kids in each PC due to the push for quantity over quality. All in all nice guys with surprisingly strong relations with upper mid srats like DDD and Pi Phi
PSK - fallen from the mid due to weak PC 18 but better PC 19 and 20. Still retained their sorority relations and had a lot of success in their cross rush with Pike, Phi Tau, and Sammy in the last rush. Should rise in the future if they can continue to take good PCs
Sammy - basically stayed where they are taking consistently above average sized PCs. Weaker PC 20 compared to the past but alright relations overall. Had a lot of mixers with Phi Tau in the fall before the shutdown and should continue to do their own thing in the future potentially moving into another house
Phi Tau - the "nice guys" who have fallen significantly from where they were two years ago due to losing cross rush with Pike and PSK over last two rushes. Doesn't get invited to bigways with Pike, Fiji, and PiKapp like they used to. Still has strong individual relations with middle tier srats and Sammy.
Kappa Sigma - took a stronger PC this year in comparison to their PCs in the years past with 13+ guys. Still lacks any significant relations with any of the middle or lower middle tier sororities or any of the frats above them which is what is holding them back.
AGR - agricultural frat that does its own thing. If we are really being honest, they probably throw the biggest party in this tier with their mechanical bull being a big attraction
