Frats in Their Respective Tiers

Top - mix with C4 exclusively and are the hardest houses to get into
Sig Chi - undisputed top house
Sig Phi | DU - Sig Phi and DU both took strong PCs in the spring and round out the rest of the top tier

Upper - mix mostly with C4 (Sig Pi mixes a lot with SDT)
AD | Sig Pi - took weaker PCs and lost kids to top tier frats. Mix mostly with C4 while Sig Pi mixes with a broader range of sororities. Their sorority relations really differentiate them from Chi Phi and Chi Psi who really don't have any significant C4 relations and are NOT upper tier frats.

Upper Mid - mix mostly with SDT, DDD, Pi Phi, AxiD and occasional C4 (excluding Lambda)
Chi Phi | Chi Psi - continue to take solid PCs and are starting to compete with Sig Pi for rushes. Both took classes of 15+ this past semester and have solid sorority relations with the upper mid tier but have weak relations with C4 if any
DX | TDX | Lambda - DX and TDX both had a rough period in the past and with a mergers and no more so pro respectively, they both have rebounded into the upper mid. Lambda while no longer at the position it was pre 2017 (back when it used to be where Chi Phi and Chi Psi are now) has a solid mixing schedule and are rebuilding their house. Strong cross rush with each other and Chi Psi and Chi Phi

Middle Tier- mix with most upper mid and mid sororities such as DDD, Pi Phi, AxiD, KD, AEPHI, AXO (ZBT snags a lot of SDT mixers as an exception)
FIJI | Pi Kapp | ZBT - Fiji has fallen hard from grace after once being an upper mid frat beneath chi phi/psi two years ago to the middle tier after consistently poor PCs. ZBT is slowly recovering from its PR issues although they still have strong relations with SDT. Pi Kapp has not really moved much although relative to the other frats around them, they can firmly say they are the 3rd best house on north after Sig Chi and DX
PIKE - once a part of the lower mid, have firmly separated themselves with large PCs with 26 in 2019 and 16 in 2020. Stronger cross rush with the lower mid frats but is starting to compete with mid for rushes. Improving sorority relations and strong relations with DDD and Pi Phi

Lower Mid - mix mostly with KD, AXO, AEPhi, with a few DDD and AXiD mixers (some Pi Phi for Phi Sig, and PSS for Sammy and Phi Tau)
Phi Sig - essentially swapped places with Pike over the last couple of years. Rebounded from a weak PC 18 with a better PC 19 and a 15+ PC this semester. Heavy cross rush with Pike, Sammy, Phi Tau. Strong sorority relations given their old rep. A few more good PCs should bring them back to where they were.
Sammy | Phi Tau - took 12-14 man PCs this rush. Really lost top rushes to Phi Sig and Pike. Bigger gap in sorority relations in comparison to those two. have a lot of multi-ways with each other and PSK although there is a gap between them and PSK/Pike. Sammy is a niche house while Phi Tau has a clean but boring image.

These houses above this point are more or less the "socially active" houses in greeklife in the sense that they generally have 2-3 mixers a week.

Lower - have weak sorority relations and do not have bigways with houses above them
Kappa Sig - took a larger PC than normal for them but have no significant sorority relations
Phi Delt | AGR - phi delt is well liked due to the nice guys while AGR is a niche frat that throws some major parties.

Rest - really do their own thing
