Top
Sigma Chi
DU | Sig Phi
- sig chi is the undisputed top house
- DU took a strong PC that elevated them to the top tier while Sig Phi prevents falling further by taking a good PC of their own after a dry spell
Upper Tier
AD | Sig Pi
- both took weaker PCs in comparison to the frats above and lost kids to them
Chi Phi | Chi Psi
- really a matter of preference, neither have consistent C4 relations but are still a cut above the frats below
Upper Mid
DX | TDX
- distanced from frats below by taking good PCs and repairing relations. Still a large gap between them and Chi Phi/Psi
Mid
Lambda | Pi Kapp | FIJI
- Lambda is probably the best of the 3 but needs more time to establish itself while Pi Kapp and Fiji are starting to drop
ZBT | Pike
- ZBT took its usual PC while Pike has distanced itself from the lower mid in terms of relations
Lower Mid
PSK
- took a good PC and rebounded from a SoPro semester. Future will determine if they can climb back to the mid
Phi Tau | Sammy
- took average sized PCs. This is where multiway invites in the lower mid and mid really end as frats below this point don't get invited to bigway

Lambda has had mixers with chi phi chi psi dx and tdx, and they haven’t mixed with pi kapp or Fiji at all. Definitely not on par with those frats but I think they should be under DX and TDX because no kid that gets a bid at lambda Fiji or pi kapp doesn’t join lambda.
Sig Pi should be lowered. They didn’t get the PC that they were hoping and didn’t benefit from other houses being on so pro.
DX and TDX will have a hard time growing with AD and Sig Chi back.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Martha kicks off sig chi and AD cause of the underground PCs. Idk why everyone thinks they’re coming back.

spot on. i think DX had a good mixing schedule because C4 needed to fill up weekends. DX had low attendance at almost all their mixers
