Greeklife has 3 tiers.

Upper: Sig Chi, Sig Phi, DU, AD, Sig Pi, Chi Psi, DX
- these guys run greeklife at cornell—pledging is typically the worst for these houses, but it pays off in parties and sorority relations afterwards. Usually not the strongest brotherhoods. Having connections aren’t really necessary to get in for any except sig chi and sig phi, but it helps.
Middle: Chi Phi, (Phi Psi), Lambda, TDX, Fiji, Pikapp, ZBT, Pike
- good midtier sorority relations, usually strong brotherhoods with fun parties. First four are athletic/sporty houses, usually pledging is decently hard. First two collectively post more on greekrank than the rest of the houses combined
Lower: Sammy, Phi Sig, Phi Tau, Llenroc, AGR, Kap Sig, Phi Delt, AEPi
- usually very strong brotherhoods who love their houses, have a good time, still mix with sororities a decent amount.
